Premium Kid Silk

Premium Kid Silk is an exclusive range of luxury hand dyed kid silk by David. The 36% silk content gives a beutiful lustre and softness to the yarn. Premium Kid Silk can be used as a standalone yarn for special projects such as shawls, scarfs and boleros. It can also be added as a second strand to 4ply or DK projects to add an extra element of colour and fluff to jumpers, socks etc.
Falklands/Corriedale Super Chunky

An amazingly soft single ply Super Chunky in 100% pure Falklands wool, hand dyed by David. The skein weighs 200 grams and is approximately 130 metres. Tension is 3 stiches / 3 rows per inch and is knitted on 10mm to 12 mm needles. Please be aware this yarn is not a superwash and therefore requires hand washing at 30 deg, dry flat and please do not tumble dry. As with all of David's yarns "No Skein is the Same" as a result if you are working on a project using two or more skeins then the advice would be to knit/crochet a couple of rows/chains then alternate with the second skein to ensure continuity of colour throughout the project. Very occassionally you may find small patches of lighter yarn as a result of the dying process used, this is entirely normal.
Sock Gems - 4ply

This is a fantastically soft 4ply yarn consisting of 75% superwash merino wool and 25% Nylon. Each skein is 100g and measures 400m (435 yards) and is suitable for those finer projects such as shawls, gloves, boleros, socks etc. As a superwash it can be washed in a machine on a suitable wool wash but as with all handyded yarns this is not recommended so a gentle hand wash, dry flat and please don't tumble dry.
Alpaca Dreams - Laceweight - Limited Edition

Alpaca Dreams is a limited edition of one off individual skeins. It is a buttery soft laceweight yarn spun from 100% Baby Alpaca. Each skein is 100g and measures approximately 800m (875 yards) and is suitable for those finer projects such as shawls, gloves, boleros etc. It is not a superwash so a gentle hand wash is required, dry flat and please don't tumble dry. Please Note: My philosophy and therefore the techniques I use for dyeing my yarns are such that no two skeins are identical, each have their own unique personality.

Each skein is 100g measuring 400m and is ideal for socks, hats, scarves, shawls etc. It is a Superwash yarn although as with any hand dyed yarn, hand washing is recommended (a cool wool wash on most machines should be fine), dry flat and please do not tumble dry.
